topic Plan expired? in Get Support

Plan expired?

I paid last month payment with Autopay. But my account status is shown as "Plan expired".

What's mean? Actally, my phone didn't work for a week.

@alexis05 what date did you last pay your account? And is your phone working properly now?

31 Dec was date I paid, and fortunately, it's stared to work again from today. However, it's been shown as Plan expired.

Now it makes sense @alexis05 it's the normal cycle renewal process. As long as your phone is working, ignore the message.
