Phone stopped working

I just had a US add on after a short phone call it stopped working. Now I am back in BC nothing is working.

Known glitch...when add-on ends..could take 24 hours for everything to get back to working order.

When did you buy add-on? ...and what stopped working?

Be sure to reboot your phone as well.

@Gillkenny Sorry to hear that this happened to you . Turn off your phone, remove the SIM wait 5 minutes, reinsert it and turn the phone back on. If the problem persists contact a moderator and explain your situation. Click on the green questionmark in the white circle at the bottom right of your screen. This connects to the autobot Simon. Type moderator and follow the prompts to get to one .

@Gillkenny That's not normal. In some cases not being able to receive texts is the only symptom. Best to submit a ticket and ask them to reset your account.

Thanks @CannonFodder didn't notice that. Had to run into the kitchen. My water was burning . Lol.👍

I would advise against drinking that water. I have yet to see water burn. The turbidity must be off the charts.
