You can add a family member. However, you can't add a family member to the same account or email address.

Each phone number needs its own self service account/separate email address.

One account one line only. Good thing is you get to refer the additional accounts and earn rewards. This is a good time to sign up new accounts with the ongoing promotion.

@Hollypro2020 as @Dunkman mentioned above . You can. Use your referal code. You would get the $1 monthly and your family member the one time $10credit. If you act now your family member is eligible for the Chinese New Year promotion. Activate at a Walmart some of them give you the SIM for free.

@gblackma - Don't the terms on the referral code specifically say you can't use it for a family member in the same household?

Well, if they do, there's been a awful lot of people that have gotten rewards they weren't entitled to - this sort of referral use has been mentioned LOTS of times since I've been here(almost 2 months). Where'd you get the idea that wasn't allowed?

It only says you can't refer yourself or an existing customer (here).

So use another name. That "existing customer" could also use another name. But nothing about same household.
