Can you wait for an hour and then reset password. Is your phone working?

If that didn't you can contact moderators https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/ be ready to prove you are the owner of the account

Thanks @MuskokaBoy . You could wait an hour, clear your browser history, go to incognito/ private mode and try to reset it again. If it continues, contact a moderator and explain your situation. Click on the green questionmark in the white circle at the bottom right of your screen. This connects to the autobot Simon . Type moderator and follow the prompts to get to one.

I have tried the link but it is not being reset...it's been 24 hours.
