You just need the phone data mode on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/121287"&gt;@Michaelsun&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Keep in mind, that picture messaging requires data to be turned on and will not use up your data allotment; however, other apps may update messages etc once the data is turned on, which will consume some/small amounts of data. You can work around this, by turning on Wifi to allow these apps to update messages etc, turning Wifi off, then turning data on to send/receive (download) your pic message.
