how di i sign up when i am asked for a 19 didgit pin an the phone sim only has 15 didgit code?

@123ted normally the SIM has 3 Rows of 5 numbers and 1 of 4. Could you have missed the 4 numbers? Maybe, move your thumb? Welcome to PM

@123ted fyi if the code has 19 digits cand you continue to sign up and get to the enter credit card information field. Leave the apartments field blank if applicable. Put your apt in the address field instead ie apt#-street# street address. Ex ###_#### street name.

@123ted Your missing something...it will start with 8912230000#####???? There final 9 digits will be unique to your SIM card.

Are you confusing it with the IMEI?

My incorrect post!

I found pin code on the tiny sim card ! using 4 inch dia. magnifier to see it !

do not remember note saying tht it was there!

It is 19 didgit and works!

You can also read the sim card # on the breakout sim card holder. It will be at the bottom under the barcode.
