Reinsert the SIM and check to see if your can connect to the PM network. If yes, then click &lt;A href="https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt; to register your selfserve account.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you're still getting the no sim error then the account was not provisioned properly.
