Alternate Phone Number Regex Help

trying to activate a SIM card, but can't get through "Alternate Phone Number Regex Help",whatever 10 digets number put in is not working. Please help!

Leave blank...it's greyed out. On fill in the sections with red star. Of course date of birth as well that one has no red star.

Wait an hour clear your webrowser, use incognito/private mode and try to do it again. @newuesr how far did you get? Did you apply payment? Welcome to PM.

@gblackma this information is not correct.

He is talking about not being able to enter an alternate phone number to activate ...so it's not even allowing him to proceed to try to activate...

Screen shot below...Notice how alternate number is a greyed out and not as dark wording as others??

Basically all OP has to do is leave it blank.

@newuesr Don't use the browser's back button to go to a previous page, this can cause problems when activating too. You may need to wait and retry as suggested earlier if you're still unable to proceed.

Try a different browser. Worked for me! (problem in MS Edge; no problem in Google Chrome)
