Sounds to me like a marketing way to recognize someone who is following them on Twitter

Does the badge show under their profile if they have a community account?

@darlicious Looks like Facebook to me. Nothing to do with PM community forums. Does you friend post on Public Mobile Facebook page?

No recent mention from Public mobile management on changing the badge system on the community forum.

Agree with above comments. Likely badges for some social media platforms like facebook, twitter, etc.

Hi @darlicious this look to me it is a Facebook Top fan things. Probably Facebook got you the Top Fan status , PM just took that and send you the email

Don't ask me how Facebook decides top fans, it has a weird algorithms. 🙂

@darlicious Click on the Display Badge and it should open Facebook. It is some Facebook thing and not Khoros stuff

Well that makes sense. My friend does use Facebook a lot. Mystery solved!
