      <title>Can't access the internet using my cell phone</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am new to Public Mobile (since Jan 17/20).&lt;BR /&gt;I can't access the internet using my LG G5 cell phone and the $25 PM plan.&lt;BR /&gt;Using local library wifi, I added the correct APN in Settings (thanks to a post in the PM Community). As soon as I did that and disconnected from wifi, I was able to use whatsapp, which uses data. So I thought I was good to go.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;At that point I should have tested Chrome and other apps (not just whatsapp) when I disconnected from the library wifi.&lt;BR /&gt;At home where I have no internet, I can't access the internet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Weirdly, however, I CAN tether my tablet (which has no data plan) to my LG G5 and access the internet!&lt;BR /&gt;I would really appreciate help solving this problem! Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;APN settings are only need to access the internet using data.&amp;nbsp; Did you try rebooting your phone and enable wi-fi ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You will need to re-enter your Wi-Fi settings because they will also get reset.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
