Cloning sim is illegal.You need two plans or else swap sim to the other device every time.

@caseyshea89 , you realize what you are asking for? If there was such a SIM card available, it would make SIM jacking a whole lot easier. This would allow phone lines to be taken over, accounts that use phone number for recovery to be taken over. It would be the complete security catastrophe! With that, I think you can answer your own question.
