      <description>&lt;P&gt;Only way to do it is with a calling card which can be obtained at any convenience, grocery, gas stations. Surprised Belgium isn't included.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As stated previously, the add-on offering from Public Mobile doesn't cover Belgium, so you'll have to use a 3rd party long distance service or calling card.
