Hi there,

I'm wondering how to call a Belgium phone number with PM?

I bought the International talk package but it won't allow me since it only supports calls to: China, Italy, Puerto Rico, France, South Korea, Singapore, HK, Germany, Spain, Malaysia, Greece, Mexico, Thailand, Poland, UK, India, Portugal, Venezuela.

How would I be able to make a phone call to Belgium?

@Tycho You'll have to purchase a third party calling card if the country you want to call is not o the international list.

Find a calling card that works for your destination at convenience stores (7-11 or similar).

Use VOIP options like Hangouts, TextNow etc.

Have the person on the other end install a third party messenger app like WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger etc

If you both are in the iOS environment, use FaceTime.

Only way to do it is with a calling card which can be obtained at any convenience, grocery, gas stations. Surprised Belgium isn't included.

As stated previously, the add-on offering from Public Mobile doesn't cover Belgium, so you'll have to use a 3rd party long distance service or calling card. I just checked a few I'm familar with that use a real phone call, not VoIP/internet based:

@Tycho If your only intention of purchasing the add-on was to call Belgium, you could try asking the mods to credit your account, or keep it since the minutes never expire until you use them up
