The activation # 8091465 and the amount was $45.20.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just to be clear, the payment was made and the account was never activated nor service received.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your attention to this matter.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Best to contact a moderator with this issue by clicking ?, bottom right, and follow instructions to submit a ticket. Moderator wait time can be a few hours or less, or within a day, from my experience.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
