I try to login my account, it says login has been disable please help to unlock and also try to use forget password function it didn't allow me to do that as well. please help~~

If the reset password function is not working, you will need to contact moderator to get help access your self service account.

Click on the question mark on the right lower corner of website to start ticketing process to contact moderator. Type: Contact moderator. Follow the prompts to submit ticket.

Try using a different browser and incognito mode. Also clear your cache and cookies then reboot.
