iPhone 6s no voicemail notification

Phone worked fine on Koodo. After switching to Public, when there is a VM the dot is there but no audible tone. Have changed tone, reset network, wiped phone and reset completely (augh) all to no avail. Running current iOS 13.3.

I also have a iphone and looked into it further

Try the following

1. click Settings

2. click Sounds & Haptics

3. click New Voicemail - click whatever sounds you want...

See if that works.....

@MF2 Did you have visual voicemail configured when you were with Koodo? If yes, because PM doesn't support it you needed to ask Koodo to remove it before activating with PM.

Hi:

If you are on an iPhone and using i0s 13 there is a known conflict with Telius network resulting in voicemail notifications not working. In fact mised calls badges also do not work often).

Apple and Telus are supposedly "working on a solution" with no ETA.
