Do I have to do anything besides take the sim card out of the Samsung and install it in the Google phone?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Pat,&amp;nbsp; as long as the SIM is the same size or smaller and can be cut out and the phone is unlocked. You can just switch the SIM over. Just remove the sim from the s6 and insert it into the pixel 2. No need to setup the APN because it will automatically be set.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I switched phones (moto to pixel 3a) this summer, I just swapped out the sim card, connected the two phones with the necessary USB cable, and the Android operating system copied my data to the new phone. The new phone worked immediately.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Public Mobile know that you're using a new device as soon as you connect to the network.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I meant that it&amp;nbsp;shouldn't be locked or should be unlocked.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
