REFERRAL REWARD Code not working

Hello ! I was registering with Public Mobile and was given a refferal code, the system did not accept the refferal code. how do I go about getting the code to work and applying my discount?

@ahmahalak, I would start by confirming with your referral that the code provided is correct. Since you have already activated, you will need to seek moderator team assistance to apply the code. The moderator team can be reached via private message using smartforms which is initiated by clicking on the ? on the lower right corner of the webpage or try using this link. @ahmahalak If the code includes O (letter O) and/or zero 0 make sure you enter the correct one.

Double check with the person who gave you the referral code, especially the 0 and o are not always clear in the alpha numerical code.

You mentioned that it didn't accept the code; did it display an error telling you this? Or have you not received the $10 credit in your account yet?

When I signed up I used a referral code and, at first, I didn't think it worked. I received no error messages but there were no referral credits upon initially setting up my account. It took a couple of days before I saw the credits.
