      <description>&lt;P&gt;How am I able to get back money on an over payment? I hit the submit more then once when I was making my payment through a debit visa.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If the extra money is sitting in your account it will be used during your next renewal. Otherwise as mentioned submit a ticket.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
