      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a new phone and activated my card and can't seem to get my number ported over.Its been 3 days&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;my old account was petro can - they use my phone number as an&amp;nbsp; account number&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;i provided PM with the IMEI of my old phone&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I have a 4 digit pin from petro can&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;PM/Telus is sending me a txt to use their contact us tab on publicmobile.ca. From what I can see this does not exist&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I have called&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;1-877-TOTELUS, and provided the IMEI&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;None of its working. Please help.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This is normal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your old sim should still be fully functional until the port completes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ho long has it been since you ported?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Petro Canada Mobility &lt;A href="https://mobility.petro-canada.ca" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://mobility.petro-canada.ca&lt;/A&gt; uses your phone number as the account number. However to port over you need to provide the IMEI of you device. In this case I was using a new phone and a PM SIM. To get the IMEI on any device you dial *#06# your phone, or any smart phone for the matter. In this case this is suppsed to help me finish porting the number over.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had a similar problem when setting up my account and had to do a factory reset. &amp;nbsp;It seemed that one of my apps was interfering and I never figured out which one. &amp;nbsp;Since the reset, all is working well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
