When did you sign up? It is usually showing in the account the day following your signup but can take upto a couple of days if you used the referral code when you activated

Did you refer somebody or were you referred

If you were referred it will take couple of days

When you refer someone you don't get 10, 'only' 1 monthly

I have seen it in 48 hours in my account. Others state that 48-72 hrs is the norm.
