If your issue was that you could not send text messages, any amount of changes to APN settings could not have fixed the issues that you were having.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Especially with pictures and videos. Dat has to be enabled to do this.
