It shows only international text without picture messaging.       <description>&lt;P&gt;You have to ensure data is on to send MMS messages.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also you need to make sure the APN settings are correct on your phone. In order for MMS to work it needs data to be configured and enabled on your device. Text does not require data to be on or configured. MMS is included in your plan. You can test it by sending one to a number within Canada and let us know if it works. If you get the same error it means that the APN Type setting withing your APN settings is incomplete.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

For my time here, I've never heard of someone not able to send MMS for a reason other than the phone. It's almost certainly a configuration issue with your phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
