Phone compatability

Good Morning all

My mom is thinking about switching to Public Mobile and when she checked the compatability of her phone is was on the list but it said "4G LTE Device does not support 4G LTE bands". She is not interested in data, only talk. Will this be an issue?

It shouldn't be an issue as long it is compatible with 3G network bands.

@ShanLink Public uses 3G bands 2 and 5 for talk so as long as it supports those bands it will work without any issues.

Asssuming that it's already unlocked, yes, it will work at Public Mobile. This phone has been sold by Bell Mobility and PC Mobile who use the same type of network/the same network.

Also, Check the phone compatibility section in case you haven't, on the public mobile website (On the bottom of the page under 'Getting Started' and enter the make and model in the drop down boxes, A check mark will show up to let you know if the phone is compatible or not.

there will be no issue with that phone. You can switch to public mobile and enjoy best network in effordable rate.
