Are we able to get referral bonus awards when activating an additional phone number and plan under an existing account?

You can only have one phone number in an account. You can refer the new account.

@sothy04 You can refer a new account and you will recieve the $1 monthly reward and the person you refer will recieve a $10 credit. There are currently no bonus credits for the referrer.

@sothy04 , but remember to them to use the code that is your account (top right corner or link when they activate with Public Mobile. Just copy and paste the link in your account to your friend.

This is what mine would look like as an example only:
