      <description>&lt;P&gt;Turn roaming on and see if that changes anything. There are no roaming charges with PM so it's safe to try.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is anything working?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;While you're in there, check and see what Network you're connected to.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had that frequently, trying to select operator manually would time out while trying to load the list.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What i had to do is move away from border take a l longer walk toggle airplane mode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also learnt to initiate airplane mode in certain areas to avoid this. When i got new phone it got easier, i totally blame it on my old lg (still like that phone though)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The selection of network is a phone issue and Public can't do anything from their end. As suggested earlier, the only way to prevent a phone from connecting to a roaming network would be to manually select the Public Mobile network.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
