Are you trying to create an account? After a retail activation?

If yes then the pin should be sent via sms to your phone. Did you port in? Is it possible you have an incomplete port? Does your old sim card work? Are you able to receive calls or sms.

If this is not the pin you aRe asking for additional information would be helpful

The 6 digit number is sent by text message during self-serve account creation.

Check your phone for this number.

If your port is not finished yet, insert the old sim card to retrieve the messages

its the pin number you created its mine is 4 digits but your allowed up to six digits
