Data works but calls go right to voicemail after porting

Hi,

I just recently ported over to Public Mobile and my data works fine, I'm connected to the PM LTE network but anytime I get called it goes straight to voicemail. How do I fix this?

Edit: I'm also about to make outgoing calls with no problem, it's just income that go right to voicemail

hi..

these things can happen if the porting wasn't 100% completed... i would wait a couple hours longer and if still a problem private message one of the moderators and they will fix it... @saray

in the meantime you could try to restart your phone....
