That's $24 and 13% tax. Maybe you had a balance of a $1 for the $25 plan.

@jamalabuawad If you selected an immediate plan change then you are not entitled to a refund. When setting up a plan change best to select the change plan on next renewal option.

When you changed plans, your were presented with option to Change Now or Change at Renewal. You selected change now so you were charged for the new plan immediately.

No refunds when customer errs.

@jamalabuawad what were you expecting to have been charged? Were you expecting a pro-rated refund on any remaining portion of your now-previous cycle? If so, your expectations were misaligned with how things work here.

Like other have said you chose an immediate plan change which means you have to pay for the Plan you chose. It is very clear change now or change at next Renewal, you chose change now which is why you were charged

You can ask moderator_team for exception but policy is no money back. Was there warning in plan change page? It asks if you are sure and says that you lose old plan payment. It says this in get help page too.
