Did it actually get added to your account? Purchasing is a 2 step process if you do not have any balance remaining in your account. If the add-on is actually added in your account, you will need to contact the mod team and see what they can do. Start a conversation with Simon (chat bot) by clicking HERE to submit a ticket to the Moderator Team. Be sure to provide as much details as possible so the bot can enter all the info needed to open a ticket.

Only way to reverse this is to contact a moderator by clicking ?, bottom right, and follow instructions to submit a ticket. Moderator wait tome can be within a few hours or within a day.
