My renewal occurred the same day as the holiday gifts were available and led to many strange tales of data add one being used on WiFi, entire add ons being used in less than one hour and made a mess of my account and renewal and left me without service for two days other than my RBC data which was being used despite being on wifi as well. Thankfully the site was overwhelmed&amp;nbsp; before i loaded them on my other account that renews two days after the first or im sure it would have made that renewal fail as well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i claimed the promo data at Christmas and while I have not used all of my regular plan data for the month, it is showing that I have used some of the promo data already - does this make sense to anyone? Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not possible. Plan data is always used first before add-on data is used. When did you add this add-on and when did your plan last renewed?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

My last renewal all my plan services wouldn't work but my RBC data add ons were being used. So I would say it's not improbable.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

That is why i asked for renewal&amp;nbsp;date. We don't know exactly how self-serve renews our plans. The way we are charged for talk, text and data, it seems like all components are separately&amp;nbsp;re-added during renewal. Possible that OP used some data during the night of the renewal. For me in 4+ years, i still have a few add-ons sitting with 0MB used in my account for years.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
