Got it figured out. &amp;nbsp;My friend thought he had the lastest version but didn't. The iphone needed to be updated to 10.xx it was at 8.xx. &amp;nbsp;Once this was done all teh seetings that were shown in the picture were available.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/10779"&gt;@Mary_M﻿&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Would it be possible to put in that apn setting post that if one does not see the full list of options that the customer shoudl ensure they have the latest version of the iphone software.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI i just helped a friend join PM using a Iphone 5S.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to set up the APN following the info found in &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Announcements/iPhone-Update-and-APN-settings/m-p/1610#M41" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;http://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Announcements/iPhone-Update-and-APN-settings/m-p/1610#M41&amp;nbsp;&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;only cellular apn option is visable, I don't see the mms or internet teathering &amp;nbsp;options.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any ideas would be great.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dominic&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi... i use an iphone 5s but my apn says:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;isp.mb.com&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt; and not only sp.mb.com &lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;( just checked my 5s )&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;leave username and password blank...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try this one and restart the phone.... i have no issues with sending pic messages ...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;the APN settings you show are for android..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;here's what i did:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. settings...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.cellular&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3.cellelar data options ( enable LTE ...enable Data Roaming )&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. celluar Data Network&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;next window should only show you APN/USERNAME/PASSWORD&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;under APN just punch in isp.mb.com and restart your phone.....&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the latest software iOS 10.3.1 , I have updated the APN settings to:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;APNL sp.mb.com&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Username &amp;lt;blank&amp;gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Password &amp;lt;blank&amp;gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but I don't see MMS or anything else on that screen.&amp;nbsp; My data doesn't work, please help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
