I assume that outgoing calls, text and data are still working ?

@Eric6 Likely your phone's settings. What is make/model that you have? Be sure Do Not Disturb is off.

@Eric6 Do you have certain calls blocked? Like spam calls? Psycho ex girlfriends? Your new mother in law? Work?

@Eric6 If it was all incoming calls that would be a concern. The fact that it's only some then it could be one of the following:

Phone settings (blocking, do not disturb, etc)
Intermittent network connectivity problems so phone not reachable
Phone in use

@Eric6 Could have accidently call forwarded some speciific numbers to voicemail or have maybe blocked them? Although unlikely, these two scenarios could automatically send callers to voicemail aside from having bad reception.

@Eric6 Try turning on airplane mode. Wait 10 minutes. Turn off. Reboot phone. This will help reset your connections.

It looks as if some numbers may have been blocked. Restore initial setting. If all calls were going to voicemail, it would indicate another issue is in play.
