Eligible customers will be provided the account credit within 30 business days.

Unless something changed today the second month free promo is good on any plan including the $15 plan. The "any plan" part was added a day or two later up on top of the original promo wording and is still there.

Keep watching in your account online for the credit equal to your plan cost to show up. It can take up to 30 days to arrive there so it will be there for your next renewal.

@edwintribus As @AE_Collector has pointed out this promo applies on all plans however if you only want the $15 plan by activating on the $25 and changing on the next renewal to the $15 you will benefit from the extra credit. If you sign up on autopay with the $10 referral code credit you will get four months of service for $27 +tax. ($25+$2 payment for your 4th month=$27+tax)

@edwintribus I received my credit within 2-3 days. Give 2-3 weeks, then contact moderators to confirm if you are concered, to avoid paying for it first then receiving a credit afterwards

I would recommend clicking on the question mark icon at the bottom of your screen on the right and type in how to contact a moderator and the chatbot will provide the link for the moderator. They can help with applying the $0 credit if it does not appear in your account.

Why?

We don't know if @edwintribus is a customer yet. All he has to do is sign up and wait. Contacting moderarors now is a waste of everyone's time.
