      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you make sure to add the country code before the voicemail number? That would be a 1 before for US/Canada. Not sure if that will make a difference but it's worth the try if you haven't.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would make sure you have the correct number and country code (1) entered for voicemail access. You can search this up online to check/modify the voicemail number and make sure that it is correct and the country code is there&lt;/P&gt;</description>
