500 MB bonus

Hi - I just signed up for a $35 plan and was expecting 3MB plus a 500MB bonus but I don’t see that on my self serve pay. Does it take a while for pM to add the bonus? Thanks

I presume you meant the 2 GB bonus which is eligible for $35 and up plans.

You will see this added to the account within a few days of activation.

It should be apparent in the "my promotions" section of your self-serve landing page.

The $35 plan actually is 2.5 GB + 0,5 GB (for autopay) for total of 3 GB

If you did not use the 2GBBONUS promocode at activation you can get a CSA to add it once you contact customer support. If you didn't have a referral code when you activated to recieve the $10 bonus credit you can have that added as well. If you need one just private message any community member you like and ask for their referral code....they will be happy to oblige.

I'm not sure you get the AutoPay reward or AutoPay bonus data for the first cycle. Because you set it all up and paid manually. At least, this is how it seemed to work for one of my referrals when she setup her AutoPay.

But even if you do get these bonuses on your first billing cycle, they can take a few days or a week to be applied to the account. (Subsequent billing cycles - successfully renewed by AutoPay - should always get AutoPay bonuses.)

I don’t think that is what the OP meant, their wording looks more like their question is regarding 2.5 GB plus .5 GB for Autopay equaling 3 GB not 3.5 GB. That’s my take on the question. They may or may not be aware of the possible 2GB bonus.
