I just signed up and activated a line, I used a referral code (they already show the $1.00 reward) but I don't see the one time $10.00 credit on my account?

Same deal as the other. 72 hrs. But often its within 24. Will be applied to your second month anyway so no hurry on that one.

edit: Sorry not exactly the same as the other one, as it was corrected that one was 7 days. This one is 72 hrs tho for sure.
