    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just swithed to Public Mobile and am experiencing the same issue. My phone works with the sim card, but I can't log in. The forgot password page tells me that it is unable to verify my address. The register page says that the phone number is invalid or already entered to an account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could someone help me out?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having the same issue as well, I just activated my SIM card and it won't let me log in with my password and no sign of the reset email after&amp;nbsp;15 minutes (I will continue waiting though).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sometimes, websites have a security feature in place where if a password is entered incorrectly a few times in a row, it will lock you out of the account for a while as a percaution.&amp;nbsp; This is so that some unauthorized person can't keep trying repeatedly to guess your password.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would suggest waiting a few hours and then trying again.&amp;nbsp; If the account is tempoarily locked for repeated incorrect password login attempts, some sites will just report the same password error message even if the password is right.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not saying that's what happened, but if you've tried a few times to get in without success, it's always a possibility.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry but that&amp;nbsp;wasn't the problem, and I would have mentioned it if it was and I'm sure OP would have done the same.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The reset email finally arrived 50 minutes ago, but I was only just able to check it now and the link has already expired &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt; Unfortunately I am now (now, not earlier) locked out of my account since I tried entering the password again forgetting it was on coold down whoops! I'll just wait that out and reset it again tomorrow when I have time. It still didn't accept my original password.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the exact same problem &amp;amp; thought I didn't click the link fast enough as I was out because it said the "time expired". &amp;nbsp;I tried a couple of times next day &amp;amp; exact same problem still occur even when I clicked the link within seconds of receiving the e-mail as I was monitoring my e-mail for HOURS and it still didn't work. &amp;nbsp;So frustrating!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
