Or return to the &lt;A href="https://activate.publicmobile.ca/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Login Page&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But login page link to active page again. Follow the prompts to submit ticket. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If when entering your sim it does not connect to the PM network then just wait an hour and try the activation again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you try activation more than once?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It seems the only thing you can do to avoid this situation is once you get an error during activation, then don't retry right away. First clear your browser's cache and then retry using incognito mode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In your case, it's too late. Your activation encountered an unexpected error. So you will need moderator help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Moderators are available:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Monday to Friday from 8 AM to midnight Eastern time.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM to 10 PM Eastern time.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After contacting the MOD team, the account activation was completed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One thing is unexpected that the brand new BLU C6L phone does not work with PM, which cause few extra hours of troubleshooting. Return BLU phone to the store and buy a "Packard Bell" phone, then works perfect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Thanks for everyone helps.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
