I just got a message from visa that $45.20 was debited from my card, my plan is $40.00 for 30 days and I have $5.00 rewards therefore am over charge.

40+13%=45.20 so what about my loyalty, auto pay and community rewards? PM you Got to be transparent and accurate with people billing etc😡

Your message has been moved into it's own thread. Were the rewards ever added to your balance, maybe after the renewal? I realize that the rewards should have been used up, but I'm just wondering if they got added to your balance for use during the next renewal.
