I'm not personally SURE, but based on other posts here, I BELIEVE that once your data is used up, you're cut off, and will either have to rely on wifi, or buy an add-on for more.

Once you reach your data limit it stops. You can buy a data add-on for $30.

You might want to look at Lucky mobile. As with them once you reach your data limit you get unlimited throttle data ( 128 Kbps) for remainder of the 30 day period. Unfortunately Public Mobile does not offer this.

You can buy a data add-on for $30.

You might want to look at Lucky mobile. As with them once you reach your data limit you get unlimited throttle data ( 128 Kbps) for remainder of the 30 day period. Unfortunately Public Mobile does not offer this.

@Jb456, thanks. That is interesting regarding Lucky Mobile. I looked at them first but decided to look at PM as well because I thought LM did not offer that unlimited throttling option.

The downside with Lucky Mobile as @CannonFodder mentioned is your calling minutes are used both incoming/outgoing with Lucky Mobile where with Public Mobile incoming is free.

Also Public Mobile has incentives like adding autopay to get $2 reduction every 30 days.. refer a friend $1 every 30 days. Longer you're with PM you get yearly discount $1 ..and participation in community forums for discounts as well.

You need to decide what is better for you savings long term or unlimited data. Also you never know what future holds with PM maybe one day they will offer unlimited throttle data as well.

If you decide on PM don't forget to use a referral code at signup for a $10 credit.

If your current data limit does not meet your 30 days' need, you may change a plan with more data. You can do the plan from self-serve. You get your data back immediately with plan change.
2. If you want to renew the same plan early, you need to create a moderator support ticket using the ? button at the bottom right hand corner of this page. Moderator wait time is up to 2 days. If your next renewal date is 2 days away, you may just on data diet for a few days until after renewal.
3. You can buy data add-ons $30 1GB data or $10 200MB data. Expensive option
