My 10$ month discount

My plan I signed up for gives me 10$ off per month for 6 months. I'm on my second month.i got discount first month but I don't see my discount for pay on Jan 18. My wife's account shows discount but not mine. Why?

Did you change your plan?

You should receive $10 on your balance, it will not show in rewards area.

If you signed up at the different dates the rewards may be deposited in the account at different times

Check your payment history

Best contact the moderators if it gets too close to renewal and you don't receive it. Check one week before renewal

@Spike77 My $10 discount from a different promotion is applied upon renewal. Do you see it on your overview page in your account. Bottom right. Under "my promotions"?

Do you have any more going further back? I only see the referral reward. When exactly did you activate the SIM? Nov 19? Nice work on the three referrals though.

You should have gotten the $10 credit by now. Probaby should try to contact moderator now instead of waiting another 10 days The first $10 was your friend credit, not the $10 per month x 6 months promotion.

Click on the question mark on the right lower corner of website to start ticketing process to contact moderator. Type: Contact moderator. Follow the prompts to submit ticket.

So assuming Nov 19 was your start day, you should see $10 credit for Nov. They might give you the Dec one.

Also, if you got those referrals after Nov 24 (after) then you should also get $20 for each one.

So maybe after everything is said and done you'll be up 80 bucks.

No the referrals were before 10 promo all I want is my 10 $ promo for 6 months that I signed up for plus 1 $ times 3 referrals.

What do you mean "before 10 promo"? Did you activate the SIM on Nov 19 or not?

You did get your 3x$1 referrals so that's done.

@Spike77 as @Anonymous had mentioned/asked a few times, what date did you activiate your plan? The date you activated may be the reason you're not getting the promo. You can check when you signed up by going to "My Profile" next to the inbox mailbox on the top right, and then scroll down to "Date Registered". It'll show the exact date and time.

Again...when exactly did you sign up the account? If before Nov 15 then you would not be eligible. Your community account shows Nov 19 which would suggest the day you signed up but you certainly could have signed up first and then made the community account after. Your payment history suggests the 19th but some of your wording is hinting at something else.

Your payment history you provided shows that you have not received any $10 promo...just the referral credit...which also suggests your first month.

I would say it certainly looks like you should be good for the promo but you say some other things that confuse me.

Edit: @dna2016 : that My Profile date would be the community not SIM activation.

Indeed. So it appears. You should be eligible for the promo.

Your initial refered credit is the $10. You acquired 3 of your own referrals along the way. On Nov 25 a promo came up where the referrer existing customer referring would get $20. That's why I asked when you acquired those 3 referrals. Your spouse was probably one on or about the 19th as well. So two others...

No..._you_ would get the $20 if they signed up after the 24th which wasn't that long after you signed up.
