Hello,

I signed up for Public a few days ago as a temporary service during my few weeks in Canada. I have an unlimited talk & text plan with data.

I can send texts, browse the web, and make calls just fine.

But whenever someone tries to call me, I never receive the call, and it goes to a complete stranger. There's also an issue with receiving text, with what seems like a 50/50 chance that it will get to me.

Solutions I've tried already includes hard resetting my iPhone, and modifying the APN; but nothing I've tried has worked so far, and so here I am.

If the issues creeps up again (you can only change numbers once every 30 days) try using airplane mode on/off this will usually fix connection issues with your phone.
