I refer a friend change PM . she did online yesterday . after done , she can call out but can't answer the call . Finally she find the reason : the old number she didn't used 3 months ( FIDO ) so the number already frozen . now she can only use a new number . everything okey now !

@kevinqqh Yes, you are correct the number has to be active to be able to port it over to PM. 👍
