    <description>&lt;P&gt;I received an email saying that my sim is activated and when I put it in my&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;phone it asked for me to make a PIN number for the SIM card and now it is saying that the pin is wrong and it won’t let me use any of my services on my phone&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have followed all the instructions to set up my new SIM card and when I try to put in my SIM card code it tells me I am unsuccessful. I am sure I am using the right code as I wrote it down when I made it. Please help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Is there an error message on phone?&amp;nbsp; Which sim card code? Your phone might be locked to the old carrier.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you purchase a Public SIM card? On the large card that the SIM came with use the larger number.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Sim cards already have a PIN. It's probably asking for network unlock PIN. That means phone's locked.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Please help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sounds like Either&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your phone is locked to your old carrier and you need to unlock it.&amp;nbsp; Either contact the manufacturer or your old carrier to get the unlock code.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You did what I did, set up a security code and got locked out of it.&amp;nbsp; I contacted the manufacturer of the phone and they helped me get back in to the phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
