IT has been recommended in the past that you not hang an important business number on PM alone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That being said, the system has been great lately, but if your question today was "Why am I not make or receive calls?," how would this affect your business over the next 48-72 hours waiting for a moderator (possible at busy times).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the answer is very little, your have nothing to worry about.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;is able to do this for you, I would love to know that they can and will.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
