      <description>&lt;P&gt;Public is a DYI cellphone provider, like&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/85570"&gt;@GinYVR&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;says. There are other companies who do provide this service at a premium so PM is not for everyone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your phone is not working and you log into your self serve and it says account suspended, click to reactivate. It will ask you to make a payment. Make a payment of $1 and hopefully that will reactivate your account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Try the lost/stolen feature. Log in to self-serve. Plan &amp;amp; Add-Ons from top menu. Lost/Stolen Phone from next menu. Suspend Service button. Log out. Wait a few minutes. Log back in and back to Lost/Stolen Phone and Resume Service this time. Log out. Restart phone. You could potentially lose any rewards that have. Another thing to try is to manually add $1 into your account and restart the phone. &amp;nbsp; If you are still having problems the contact a moderator.
