      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have suspended my phone plan for time being as I had 30 dollars in my account and I was outside of canada for 2 and a half months.I messaged you and you told me to use lost and stolen service to suspend the mobile service.And told me to reactivate when I come back.it will work.But now when I try to reactivate my account it says "&lt;STRONG&gt;Unable to Process Transaction&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Sorry, your credit card was declined by your card provider, so this purchase could not be completed. Contact your card provider for more information. Drop the apartment number if you live in one, make sure your Postal Code is 6 characters (drop the space in between).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately Public Mobile's payment system is picky, it can block credit cards if requested too many times etc. If time is of imprortance just use a differenct credit card.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
