      <title>Topped up account and charged the wrong amount</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had just topped up my account 50$ and my balance was 55$ which is more than enough to pay for my plan. Then when I went to check my plan I was charged 10$ twice, left with a balance of 35$ saying I don't owe anything and it will renew next month January 28/2020. I just put 50$ on and my account is still suspended and I was charged 10$ twice when I shouldn't have been which left me with insufficient funds to pay for my plan. How can I fix this stupid unecessary crap?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Another option would be to make the necessary payment to reactivate your account plus send a message to&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;to get the situation fixed. You're plan will be up quicker and the extra funds will just be kept on your account until next renewal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's hard to understand how this would happen, but I've heard of it quite often. Are the two&amp;nbsp;@$10 charges showing as being applied the same day?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
