Allow up to 48 hours for the response from moderators...usually much less.

Keep an eye on the little Envelope icon at top of page. You'll see a red dot when you have a message.

A moderator reply could be a few hours to 72 hours.

A PIN and PUK aren't the same and are not interchangeable.

Also, what is the exact message being displayed on your phone's screen. Often, customers beleive that they need the sim card's PUK, but much of the time, they end up needing something called a SIM Network Unlock PUK, something which Public Mobile cannot provide you with unless it's a device that is locked to Telus.

If you are waiting for SIM Network Unlock UK, you can request if for free from your old service provider by giving them a call, or going in-store for assistance. If not, then it may also be possible to go to a PM kiosk/store to see if they can help with the SIM card PUK

Store aren't there to provide technical assistance. They are there only to sell sim cards and top ups, and to activate services.
