Why didn't my data on my settings go back to 0 after the month was up and auto pay?

Usually your regular plan data will reset once your payment goes through. Sometimes it does not reset.

However, add ons do not reset. Unused portion will roll over.

If if your data counter did not reset, you will need to contact moderator. Click on question mark on right corner of website. Type: contact moderator. Follow prompts to submit ticket.

If you have a bonus data, does that portion get used before your regular plan?

@Bonbon It's the opposite. The addon gets used only when required. Your plan data will always get used up first.

That's weird then why I see the data used still on my settings after a month. It should have reset then, right?

@Bonbon Yes, as previously mentioned your plan data will reset to 0 just during your plan renewal. If it did not then you need to submit a ticket to PM do that they can investigate.
