Sometimes it does not reset.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, add ons do not reset. Unused portion will roll over.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If if your data counter did not reset, you will need to contact moderator. Click on question mark on right corner of website. Type: contact moderator. Follow prompts to submit ticket.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The addon gets used only when required. Your plan data will always get used up first.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If it did not then you need to submit a ticket to PM do that they can investigate.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
